Important: Estimates are draft business documents based on the photos and information you provide. Final pricing, measurements, code requirements, labor rates, and project feasibility are your responsibility to review and approve before sending to a customer. FastScope is not a licensed estimator, contractor, engineer, or adjuster.
Do you set my final price?

No. We create a professional draft based on your notes. You review and approve the final price before sending it to your customer.

Can you really work from just photos?

Yes — photos plus basic job details are enough for most draft estimates. If something is unclear, we'll mark it as an assumption so you can confirm before the job starts.

How fast is delivery?

Most estimates are delivered within 24–48 hours. Same-day rush is available for an additional $35.

Is this for licensed construction estimating?

No. This is an admin and document-preparation service for small businesses. Final measurements, pricing, code requirements, and feasibility remain your responsibility.

What format do estimates come in?

Google Doc, PDF, or plain text you can paste into a text or email. Branded PDF formatting is available as an upsell.

What if I'm not happy with the draft?

Tell us what to change. We'll revise once at no extra cost. If it's still not useful, your first $29 estimate is refundable.
